At Équipe Lacroix, real estate is a family affair. Starting with José, who first joined the Sutton banner in 2003. Then Jeremy followed in his father’s footsteps, becoming a real estate broker in 2011. A few years later, Mikael also made the leap into real estate, making the Équipe Lacroix team complete in 2016.

Since this time, we have pooled our individual strengths and expertise to build a rock-solid team focused on excellence. With the Équipe Lacroix team, you get personalized and professional support when buying or selling a property in the Eastern Townships. We offer a bilingual service and can accompany you through every step of your real estate transaction.

When you choose Équipe Lacroix, you’re part of the family! We become your best allies and will do everything in our power to make your real estate dreams come true.

We work carefully with all buyers, regardless of your budget or project. This transaction will undoubtedly be one of the most important of your life and it is an honor to be at your side: that’s the Team Lacroix difference! We make the necessary efforts to find a property that meets your expectations, all with a purchasing process to your satisfaction.

We were born and raised in the Eastern Townships. We live, work and play in this picturesque region of Quebec, and we know this corner of paradise like the back of our hands – including all its best-kept secrets. We know the local real estate market better than anyone else. No one can sell Eastern Township properties like we can.

Respect, integrity, professionalism and collaboration are the cornerstones of our work. We take our promise to offer tailored service very seriously. You can always count on us to serve your interests with complete honesty and transparency.

Équipe Lacroix has long been a proud supporter of several organizations working to better our region. We are committed to giving back to our local community and to supporting those in need.

Since 1984, this foundation has been working to advance the development of the Memphremagog MRC Health and Social Services Centre. Its outreach and fundraising work benefits 17 municipalities and some 53,000 residents across the region.

Dans la rue helps young people who are homeless or in precarious situations. It provides young people with support, shelter, food and the resources they need to live more independently.

The Salon des Vins et Spiritueux de l’Estrie is one of the main sources of funding for the Sherbrooke Firefighters Toy Campaign. Every year, 1,200 underprivileged children in the Eastern Townships receive new toys thanks to this campaign.

The Relais Desjardins du Lac Memphrémagog is a sporting challenge that collects donations for the Christian Vachon Foundation. Donations provide support for meals, school supplies, clothing and activities in over 200 primary and secondary schools in the Eastern Townships and Montérégie.

Moisson Estrie is an organization dedicated to reducing food waste. It redistributes foodstuffs to people in need. Thanks to its work, many families in the Eastern Townships have food on their table at every meal.

For nearly 35 years, the Constance Langlois Foundation has supported Les Fantastiques de Magog. The foundation provides premises and financial support to the organization, which helps adults with intellectual disabilities.
